I've worked in a range of technical and customer supporting roles over the last 20 years, with much of that time spent in technical services at top ranking UK universities.

During that time I studied an undergraduate and masters degree in the field of Social Sciences with the Open University, as well as providing tutoring for students with specific learning disabilities.

Life changed for the better in 2017, when I was given an opportunity that brought me to support eCommerce businesses, and I've never looked back.

It has been a long road, but I'm never happier than when I'm on the beaches of the south coast, where I've made my home.
